Supplementary Document: Multiplexed Illumination for Scene Recovery in the Presence of Global Illumination

This supplementary document includes the following sections. Section 1 describes another multiplexed illumination method using a multiplexing scheme similar to that in Lemma 4.1 in the paper. The method also extracts N direct illuminations from 2N + 1 images. Section 2 shows detailed derivation of the SNR analysis results. Section 3 discusses about the pros and cons of direct/global separation using checkerboard and sinusoid patterns.
